National Council of Higher Education Resources (NCHER) - represents a nationwide network of guaranty agencies, secondary markets, lenders, loan servicers, collection agencies, schools, and other organizations involved in the administration of the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). NCHELP represents its members on public policy and regulatory issues with the legislative and executive branches of the federal government.
 
Navigating Your Financial Future - is a comprehensive program for default prevention offered to students and their families by the Florida Department Of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA).  We target the student population in an effort to curb defaults on student loans and assist borrowers with debt management.
 
Ombudsman Information  The Federal Student Aid Ombudsman Office resolves disputes from a neutral, independent viewpoint. By informally conducting research, the Ombudsman determines whether fair treatment has been received.  If the complaint is justified, the Ombudsman will work with the parties involved to resolve the complaint.
