1.	Record Type:	I01 -	Items 1-39a, 44, 50-55, 58-69, and 72-73 are valid for interdistrict and Bright Futures records transfer.
		S01 -	Items 1-12, 16-17, 19d-19h, 21, 23-30, 33-35, 37-55, 57, 58-69, and 72-73 are valid for secondary transcripts and Bright Futures records transfer.
		T01 -	Items 1-12, 16, 21-22, 33-35, 45-46, 55, 70-71 are valid for Technical Center transcript transfer.

2.	Transfer one record per student.
3.	The presence of LOW-VALUES in data fields causes significant problems for several institutions in the receipt of student records. A transaction will be rejected if non-displayable characters are sent in the data unless found in Filler Reserved for Local Use. Please use some other appropriate character (e.g., SPACES) with which to initialize your records before sending them.
4.	Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*) next to the field name.
5.	Special characters, tilde (~), caret (^), and grave accent (`), are used as delimiters in the translation of FASTER to SPEEDE/ExPRESS. They are reserved symbols and as such cannot be included in data sent through FASTER to a SPEEDE/ExPRESS institution.
6.	A note as been added to Migrant Status Term. Starting with 2013-2014 school year, if sending to the Federal MSIX Migrant system, this field is required. See item 14 below.

MSIX Identification Number (MSIX ID)

Unique number generated and assigned by the MSIX System to a migrant student for use in identifying the student's consolidated record.

This field must be blank when the student’s transcript is being sent to the MSIX System by a district for the first time. This will result in the execution of the MSIX matching process and the return of a MSIX ID for the student from the MSIX system to Florida and subsequently to the district via a FASTER Response. This eliminates any need for district MEP staff to search the MSIX system for the MSIX ID of the student. This also prevents the submission of incorrect MSIX Identification numbers by a district.
This field must be blank if the student's transcript has previously been submitted by the district but no MSIX ID has been assigned by the Federal MSIX System.
This field will be required on subsequent submissions by the district for the student once the MSIX ID has been assigned by the Federal MSIX System and returned to the sending district via a FASTER response.
FASTER edits for this field will only be performed when the transcript submission is addressed to the Federal MSIX System (District 99, School 0006).
Districts are no longer required to submit the MSIX ID when transmitting a transcript of a migrant student to other districts.
